We are thrilled to have meet Alisha for our car and home insurance needs!!! We live in a Modular Home and it is very hard to find a company that will insure them especially with all the upgrades that we have done in our home. Alisha Windom Allstate Insurance Agency is an excellent place for determining insurance needs and putting the proper coverage in place. Especially so for that is Agent Michelle Collins whom is friendly, knowledgeable, and superbly helpful. I wanted to reduce my costs some, but without adversely altering my coverage. Michelle worked with me to fine tune my policies to keep good coverage while reducing my costs a notable amount. She was a pleasure to work with as well. This office has excellent customer service. I can't imagine having to call the 1-800 number now and getting a random agent. If you need information, they find it. They will review your policy with a fine tooth comb and make sure you are getting every discount you possibly can. They've helped us navigate collisions and how to make sure we get the best return after a total loss. They offer defensive driving classes online to help keep your premium low. You can tell that Alicia really cares about her customers, genuinely. I've talked to almost everyone in that office and I've always always had a pleasant experience.

Selena is a GEM. I searched high and low for insurance (home and auto) that had the coverage I needed and decent rates. After calling a million agencies, doing the online quotes myself, etc, I came across Alisha Windom’s agency. Selena answered the phone, went through quotes with me right then and there, and got me signed up for new policies at AWESOME rates. She is very knowledgeable and has great customer service (something my previous agency was also lacking). If you’re looking for insurance, I highly recommend giving Selena a call!
