If I can give this company no starts I would. They sent our car to one of their shops that Allstate works with. The shop had the car for over 4 months, ignored our calls and didn’t give us any updates on the car. And when we showed up to the shop they had made more damage on the car. The car was used as storage for other cars parts and as a coffee table for their food and drink. I have videos of the car at the shop that I will be posting. After speaking with Allstate, That same day Allyssa agreed completely with us since she had pictures of the car before and after it was at the shop. She even helped us tow the car back to our house to prevent more damage happening to it. A couple of weeks later, Allstate declined our claim and said that it was between us and the shop to solve that issue!! I also will be reporting this BBB (Better Business Bureau).
