Natalie Richie has been so very helpful through all the years I've had Alive Insurance Services. I really appreciate the personal assistance I have received. I've been with Alive Insurance for close to two decades and just love what they do. They're attentive even when I've not been. When I've spaced out and am at risk of losing my insurance they've nudged me just right and saved the day. They've always found me excellent insurance at bargain prices. They really know what they're doing!

I've dropped plenty of local retail services over the years but I don't ever see dropping Alive. The personal touch makes a huge difference and they're just the best.

I was referred by Travelers as I was moving from another state. This place has zero to do with travelers anymore, so I don’t know why they’re still attached to them. I asked them to look into insurance for me and all they did was steer me towards progressive for $4000 instead of trying to get insurance with another company. Needless to say, they were a complete waste of time. If they even attempted with the company I’m currently insured with they’d have my business.

Never got a full explanation. I also don’t need you to tell me the rates vary from state to state. Agent refused to try Mercury my current insurer.
