This is the worst consumer service oriented company on the internet. And they refuse to change or update. Seriously I still can’t make a payment online! ITS 2024 FOR GODS SAKE! Part of the problem is this company is located Kansas. The most backward state in the union! These old white haired men who run it need to retire and pass it on to younger more adept people so they can bring this company into the future! I would never buy life insurance from this awful company! EVER!

Slade/Dylan and their team are absolutely the BEST! They're extremely knowledgeable and transparent.
After dealing with another lender who could not get my refi processed (60 days no results). I was super skeptical to try it again a week later. What Slade/Dylan had to offer was way to good to be true.
