Great service, local place that shops and finds you the best rates. We had been with our insurance company (Farmers) for 14 years. Shopped it here and got the same covert for $100 less a month, no joke, we've been getting ripped off for a long time apparently. Go in and get a quote already! Save that money!

Worst customer service ever. Totaled my car after hitting a buck on my way to work and when i call my insurance im told that i have none. Apparently all price had changed my billing cycle 2 days earlier than what it had been for 5 months prior! When i asked why i was not given a clear reason.... it was ignored if anything and answered back with rudeness saying they had mailed me a letter that they were changing my billing cycle. I asked why i didnt recieve a call or email about this ...not 1....i get mail to a p.o. box so i do not check daily and had them that if they needed or something changed to call or email ...and i had given 2 alt. Numbers just in case i wasnt available. I ask how they can help because this is not ok....in my opinion at least. Im told by the women in charge that they dont need to help me with anything because legally they did there part by sending me 1 notice in the mail. Thats all.
Shady, money hungry, dishonest, rude, and poor customer service would give a 0 star if i could. Didnt matter to them at all. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after others told me not to come here because they havent wanted to pay for a claim or take longer to do so and give you the run a round...i shoundnt have. Thank you for changing my billing date and mailing me 1 jmu and for the thousands in debt!
