David, at first, ten years ago, was a average insurance agent. As time went on David's agency, Allegheny became nearly impossible to reach by phone. Because of this, any calls for information had to go directly through Safeco even though David received his commission from my account which included our $400,000+ house and all of our vehicles. In early 2022, after nearly 10 years of paying our thousands and thousands of dollars in insurance premiums always on time our Fire insurance was cancelled! That meant our home owners insurance was cancelled. When I tried to call my insurance agent, David Riccio would not answer my repeated calls and voice mails. Finally after days he returned my call when I was not home and left me a voicemail that said: Do not ever call me again, I will not help you find another fire insurance. then hung up. In all of my 66 years of life, the SOB treated with the most disrespect I have ever seen. My advice is to run away from this unprofessional person.
