My 2 cents - go to a better agent/broker. I spoke to one of their brokers, Nitin Thorve. He was very unprofessional and rude over the phone.
When I told him that I am not comfortable in disclosing my DL# and other competitors quotes, he became very mean.
Now while giving quotes, if his behavior was unkind, I am not sure what people will have to go through during clams.

I would rate them zero if thats the option available for rating.

I had sign cancellation paper since December 2021 and Nitin Thorve hasn’t been answering any of my call or replying to any of my emails.

So please please don’t go for this brokers at all.

They gave me home insurance from SGI Canada and that company also acting weird in the way of not connecting us directly as we have to go through their brokers. They are deducting since last December and I don’t know what to do.

Any suggestions, any lawyer to deal with .

Please send me any information regarding how to deal with this kind of services will be great help.
