I was looking to refinance a loan with a more local credit union, and after some shopping around for the lowest interest rate I could find, I stumbled upon Alltrust CU. I submitted an application online, and Himali from their Fall River location made the process so easy and fast! Everything was explained clearly and her follow-through was nothing short of amazing. Her customer service went above and beyond and was certainly a highlight of my experience with them!

I've been a member since this was southern mass telephone workers credit union. I even worked in IT in Fairhaven for a few years. Since becoming All Trust, it's gone way downhill. I'm disappointed. I wish they never changed. Completely different experience. I have several accounts, including accounts for my children that I will be closing and moving on.

Oh and they lock the doors before they are actually closed or at least that's what they did this past Saturday. I was at the door before 12 and no one was to be found...that's not the reason for my disappointment. The customer service is just not even close to what it was. I miss the old days and when it felt like I was seeing family.

Disappointed that I have on 3 occasions attempted to become a member. 3 visits and no one could open accounts for me. I tried and now I will move on. If you are not going to have employees at your offices to assist then maybe you need to think before running specials.

Horrible horrible customer service since Marcel, Diana, and Ana left. I have not had time but as soon as i do i plan to close my acct there and go elsewhere because it's just been that bad.
