If I could give a 0, I would. This company takes advantage of situations and cannot be trusted. I got in an accident and my car was totaled. It was a scary accident and my car needed to be towed. The officer requested a flat bed tow truck and they did not come with one. Now I just got the invoice and they charged $1000 for the tow. While my accident was scary my car was still intact. The accident was also on flat ground. This company completely took advantage of my unfortunate situation and charged some ridiculous fees. This company should be fired from any city contracts.

If I could give zero stars I would.. My commercial vehicle was impounded for commercial compliance.. I had no choice who towed the vehicle, I go and had to pay the $4k for my mistake which is fine. Issue is the company has an obligation to keep our vehicle safe and they did not and it was vandalized and I was told after I paid to walk out to retrieve it. SO wrong on many levels, I have documented the matter and currently filing a compliant with the CHP regarding this matter including the facility not be in compliance with many federal mandated agencies.

Rude Lady working in this Towing office place with out giving any notifications of My vehicle the Sold My Vehicle to a Junkyard when this vehicle is still under my name A call DMV and Dealer because I’m still paying this vehicle and they told my so Rude they are not responsible for my vehicle anymore this place is a Joke. They are Scammers and Rude please never get your vehicle stolen buy this Allways towing company because this is what I see they Stole my Vehicle when they know that the insurance was investigated the case of the accident. Avoid this Scammers.

This was the worst towing I've ever heard of towing a homeless person's trailer making him more homeless by yanking it up on a flatbed truck yanking the tanks out from underneath the RV dragging a generator that's tied to the side of the RV damaging it into the side of the RV not giving any owner of the damage probably damage report and driving away when asked for a damage report this was done by the sheriff's and always towing on highway 59 by Yosemite this was my property they damaged and who am I to hold accountable for all my damaged belongings now they ran over the rest of my belongings with a flatbed tow truck driver did not know how to drive was very rude to me back to the travel trailer the first time this is who the Merced county sheriff's asked to move due to expired registration this gives them no right to just damage my property
