Last year 2024 was my last to have Alsfeld Tax Service prepare my returns. Over 25 years using this service. Errors for LLC not included in personal returns. Returned paperwork with missing documents for my LLC.
Many unreturned emails and phone calls by Ben & office staff. Something has changed in their co from being highly reputable to now rather uncaring. Recent reviews reflect a business under stress. It’s a shame.

Ive used Alsfeld Tax service for many years. This year there was an error on my filing that required additional documentation. Despite every effort to call, leave Voicemail, email every person in the company it’s been over a month and I have not received any response. Wont be using them ever again.

I've been with them for years. I'm changing that this year. When you call you get voicemail and no returned calls. Emails go unanswered. Faxes go unattended to. I thought these were isolated incidences but after reading reviews on Yelp! I realize I'm not alone. Promises to correct things with the IRS have gone unaddressed, resulting in fines and penalties. I am very disappointed in this company's treatment of its clients. As a result of their broken promises and lack of contact I have had to pay thousands in additional fees to the IRS.

We have been using Alsfeld for years. The best service ever! Even though we are an hour away I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. They do offer mail service but we think it is worth the drive! Always friendly and know what they are doing.

I have been leaving phone messages, emails and written letters for over 5 months with no response. They were OK the first year back in 2017 but downhill ever since. Not going back
