Horrible. No maintenance even when it’s an emergency. Management is only around sporadically. They are only in it for the money. Couldn’t care less about the tenants. And they charge an extra $10 to pay rent through the portal. I can’t wait to move. Will not renew my lease. I have been here three years, and it has consistently gone downhill since they took over.

Forrest, Garrett and the team are absolutely fantastic. They've done a excellent job managing my portfolio. I've worked with many investment groups, management groups and contractors in the past. I haven't met a group that I trust as much as Altus. It's very apparent that their number one goal is to make my projects successful. It's really rare to find a group that gives you this level of detail and follow up on projects. Particularly when you're dealing with a portfolio is complicated as mine.

I can't recommend them more highly.

Awful experience. Tenant line goes to voicemail & the inbox is already full. We have gone a month without working AC & the employees of this company expect us to pay full rent. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Represatives use doublespeak, placating, and manipulation when speaking to tenants. To avoid addressing the root of the issue, representatives subtly patronize & belittle the tenants by dangling phrases like “we’re working on it as fast as we can” to project the illusion of them FINALLY resolving the AC problem, in an attempt to distract from the lack of basic human decency they’ve shown already.

The truth. There's no maintace. A year ago it would off Ben. Not a nice place to lay your head. TRUST ME. Trust your gut. There are better places out there to rent . Then this drama filled place.THEY let people do what ever they want. Beware
