Not honest people, take forever to get back to you if you have questions. Once you sign they don't care about you. Refinanced and they didn't pay off any of the bills they were suppose to. I got late fees and extra charges because I thought things were paid off. My car they paid all but $14 so then I got late fees and had to pay off myself. I called them multiple times to get this resolved and NOPE they couldn't be bothered with me. I continue to tell everyone I know to NOT go through these people. They take your money and run. When I first got there my paperwork was wrong and they lady told me to sign it and she would fix it later. She was very upset with me when I refused and told her I wouldn't sign until it was fixed. Then I read everything which also got her fired up. I highly recommend reading it all. Several issues and wrong information. She was hoping I wouldn't read and I would just sign. Not honest people.

I have used Alyeska Title for multiple closings both as a buyer and seller. Every experience has been top-notch. Staff is extremely responsive, professional, courteous and accommodating. In my experience, they are hands-down, the best title agency in the state.

Working with this title company has been nothing but a headache. They have held the process up over mistakes not made by us, nor were they our responsibility to fix. They continued to ask us to agree to pay a large sum of money that was not our responsibility to pay. Upon our refusal they denied us the key to our new home, regardless of the fact that closing was already completed, and we had paid everything we owed. This held the process of us getting into our home for four days. I do not recommend working with them!
