What amazing customer service! I needed a quote to hopefully be insured as quickly as possible because my new job was requiring I have my own Personal Liablity. My agency provided me a grant in order to receive my plan but I was unsure if any insurance company could fill my request in such a time crunch. Well Andromeda @ Amanda State Farm certainly did above an beyond. Within 2 days with minimal basic questions via call and text I have received my quote and am now able to continue the process of starting my new job. The service I reicieved was kind, fast and organized. I am very happy to have choosen them and would highly recommend their services to others based on the experience I have had. I look forward to opening other plans for other needs here in the future. I cannot say enough good things about Melissa Harding at this State Farm office. I have suffered through major errors, miscommunication and utter confusion with a different State Farm office for the last year alone. I finally made a simple switch online and in a single afternoon, Melissa has explained EVERYTHING so simply and clearly, has assessed our 5 vehicles of coverage, deciphered all the confusing notations, and made several necessary corrections. She immediately responded, dedicated her time and effort to finding answers, and communicated clearly to me. What a gift and relief, especially during this holiday season.
