After several years with Diversified for homeowners and auto insurance Mercury requested photos which we sent. They dropped us saying we never sent photos. When I called Diversified they said they had sent photos and it was because Mercury was overwhelmed and assured us they would be in touch. I contacted them before the policy ended they did nothing and now our policy has cancelled and we have not been able to find homeowners insurance so currently we do not have insurance. Very scary situation and very disappointed with Diversified.
