Total scam! We spent hours doing interviews etc for a policy. They wanted a blood sample from my husband and after months of paying, they cancelled our policy because THEIR lab was unable to get blood from my husband. Then they continously charge us monthly for my policy even though we were told the whole thing was cancelled. When we called to request a refund we were on hold for over an hour. The woman in "customer service" was incredibly rude, and refused to refund our money that they were not authorized to take in the first place. I wouldn't even give it one star but that's the lowest Google will go.

Just went over our account to update coverage and dealt with Stephanie. She was wonderful, courteous, and very thorough and patient with my husband and I even though things were loud and crazy at our home. She was down to earth, pleasant to talk to and friendly! We did a video call on zoom which was convenient. We feel happy and secure about the coverage we now have for our future. Thanks Stephanie!

They pretended like they were going to send me a “free” child safety kit for my son as long as I sat through a one hour sales pitch. I literally cannot buy their life insurance due to an existing medical condition, and the other option they offered made no sense at all. I’m MUCH better off opening an investment account for my son. So here I am sitting through this long process thinking I’m getting the kit and then two weeks later I get a call to set up the sales pitch again. I said that I already sat through this, and asked if I was not getting my kit. He said no, that they never marked that completed the course and I would have to sit through it again to get the kit. You know what? Keep the kit, I will record my son’s fingerprints, set aside a recent picture of him, and cut off the lock of his hair on my own. And by the way, my time is worth way more than that kid to begin with. It’s so easy to set up on your own. Plus, I never knew it was going to be a sales pitch to begin with. They said I was only joining a zoom meeting so they could explain how the kit worked well, that was a lie to begin with. This is not an honest company do not do business with them.

This company was great to start but ever since Covid has gone from a 10 star rating to a 1 for sure and are NOT working to improve this failure. They’re happy to take your money without making sure you are benefiting, but completely disrespectful when you decide to cancel.

I recently did my annual renewal with AIL and was able to work with Nicole and Mark. They were both great. Professional and informed with everything and if they did not know the answer to our question they figured it out while we were on our zoom call. Highly recommend this company!

I purchased insurance for $44/month, then changed insurance type, to $199/month. The woman was supposed to cancel 1st policy, but I am now paying for both. She promised me several times to call her manager to get it fixed. Its now 5 months I am being charged for both!! I do not recommend this company!!! Can't get their act together. Not the type of company I want to trust with my money.
