Andy is so amazing to work with. I had no idea where to begin to look for health insurance. It was so foreign to me. I googled health insurance brokers and chose Andy based off of reviews. If you are trying to find a reputable insurance agent to help you with obtaining insurance from the Health Insurance Marketplace, this your sign to look no further and to reach out to Andy right away! I would also add that even if you don’t think you need an insurance agent to assist you with obtaining insurance from the Health Insurance Marketplace, you should reach out to Andy anyway as he brought to my attention several ways to help save additional money that I would not of been aware of had I done everything on my own. I’ve worked with Andy before, and my interactions with him have been nothing but positive. Not only is Andy knowledgable, helpful, professional, courteous, and responsive, but he is also extremely patient and flexible; he isn’t pushy and genuinely appears to care about his clients. Any information provided from Andy was always written in such a way where it was easy to understand and all of my questions were answered promptly as well. Andy has my highest recommendations, and frankly, should have an overall review rating of 5.0.

Andy purchased or received a false lead listing my wife's number. When asked to stop contacting her he decided it was more fun to respond with "I hope you enjoy your phone blowing up from random companies." And "enjoy those calls baby." THIS IS NOT someone you want to do business with. His customer service from this experience alone should be more than enough to teach you what kind of agent he is.
UPDATE: Since Andy thinks he can slide by with a false response with some more dishonesty I'm adding his following text message screenshot in which he threatened to sue for libel 2 minutes after a fake apology because of this review after harassing my wife. We called to request him to stop contacting us OUR FIRST contact with him he responded quite immaturely "enjoy those calls baby" and immediately hung up his phone. Apparently being asked to stop is not enough.

We recently worked with Andy to change our individual Health Insurance Plan (which is always a confusing process). However, we have nothing but excellent things to say about his knowledge and responsiveness. Andy was great! Helped us get insurance after trying to do it alone through the market place. It was a pain on our own and easy with help. We changed out minds multiple times and he just rolled with it and never got annoyed. Very helpful!
