Kim from American National is the smartest, most caring insurance agent ever! We needed someone who knew their "stuff" and that was Kim(Hurricane location)! Kim was instrumental in helping me successfully file a claim after the wild weather caused substantial damage to the roof of my business plaza, which in turn caused water damage to one of the office suites. It was a mess and caused much interruptions for the tenants. But with perserverance with the restoration company and the catastrophic claims department, we mitigated the problem, repairs were done professionally and the claim was covered. I can't express how grateful I am for work's thorough work in walking us through this claim and this issue. I would highly recommend Kim at American National!
