We LOVED ANPAC. Then our agent retired and we were assigned this guy. WORST AGENT EVER!!! No Communication, no commitment, no compassion. We had to call SEVERAL times for service, and the items we needed are still not done! I would rate ZERO stars if possible. AVOID AT ALL CISTS!!

ANPAC IS BY FAR THE WORST FOR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. We had a water damage loss on 3/27/2017 and are still fighting with ANPAC to pay the claim. Robert Weiss was our agent and his office recommended three restoration companies to clean up the water. We called the first on the list and they didn’t clean the water properly so we ended up with mold. The second company they recommended started the mold remediation and never finished. It’s been nearly two years since our water loss and ANPAC won’t pay for the services in full to remediate our home that has been fully contaminated due to the time and the negligence. We DO NOT recommend this agent or ANPAC. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!
