I had an employer-based insurance option but it was fairly expensive and didn't offer the strongest coverage. Agent Carter went way out of his way to get to know me - as an actual person - and found a handful of great options for me. He walked through what each little detail meant and we ultimately chose a plan that worked for me at this stage in my life.

Less than a year later, he gave me a call to let me know that I was up for renewal - but also there was a discount I could get to make it even more affordable! The only reason I'm leaving is because I switched jobs that offers a plan for next-to-nothing.
