My dad who lived in Winchester passed away late last year. In the course of settling his estate, I had to arrange for the sale of his house. However, since I live four hours away, that's a lot more complicated. I didn't know anyone to contact for the sale of the house, let alone arrange for a clean out and any necessary repairs. My dad's neighbor recommended Amy and I'm glad we did!

She helped us arrange for a deep cleaning of the house so we could go in and deal with the personal items and paperwork. My dad had cats and with my family's allergies, that was so helpful! Then once we removed what we wanted, Amy introduced me to a man who handled the estate sale. That went smoothly. Then Amy arranged for a cleaning and listed the house. She priced it right and it sold to a well qualified buyer in 4 days. Amy also arranged for the repairs the buyer asked for and flawlessly negotiated sticky points. Finally she had the title company send a notary to my house so I could close remotely.

I am just thrilled how everything turned out and I could not have done this nearly as stress free without Amy.

Amy is a freaking rock star realtor. i’ve used her once in march 2021 to sell my home then again in dec 2021 to february 2022 to help me buy a home. she sold my house in one weekend because of her literary tenuous and because this woman knows how to stage a home. not only did it sell in one weekend and we received multiple offers, but we sold my home way over asking price. in december 2021, i started the search for a new home. we found one right away and 3 days before closing we got the appraisal and the buyers refused to lower the price. Amy was amazing and started leaping us find another home since we were in a time crunch to move out of our apartment. 8 or 9 showings and 15 days later, we closed on our beautiful home. Despite one wrench after another being thrown into the mix and us often feeling like we’d never find the perfect home, Amy kept our stress levels down and helped us feel confident that the perfect home would present itself to us and it most certainly did. i will never ever use anyone else in the future if the need arises for me to sell or buy a home. if i could give Amy 100 stars 🌟 rating, i most certainly would. you Amy, are truly amazing!
