Iโ€™d like to express my thoughts about working with risk management at the Anchorage City Hall the customer service is really not good at all itโ€™s been three months since Iโ€™ve been working with them to get a determination on a situation when you call them the risk management they tell you to leave a message and they will get back to you well let me tell you it does not work at all. I actually had to go down there myself to get resolution. So in my opinion, if you need to go get something done at risk management, you might want to have another resourced in the City Hall to get resolution on your situation. In my opinion as it everyoneโ€™s right in the United States to use the first amendment of freedom of speech I believe that the city manager of Anchorage should look closely at that department and if they have so many claims from citizens of Anchorage that maybe they need to re-organize and restructure that department, such as a high paying jobs And reduce them to hire more people to handle all the Claims that citizens of Anchorage had put in and therefore the efficiency of that department would be greatly increase and it will help out with customer service Thank you
