After a pleasant and enlightening conversation with the branch manager here in West Springfield, I energetically moved my assets from my conventional bank to a credit union, and no other organization or location would work except for this one. Never in my life have I felt so genuinely cared for as I have when working with Allison G. here at the branch. Allison was able to speak eloquently on my many options for building wealth and protecting my income. I’m so grateful for making this transition.

I reported a fraud charge on my debit card and they asked me to fill out a fraud form & send it in - They didn't even wait 3 Full Days for me to turn it in and sided with the fraud. (I wouldn't be surprised if they are also the ones committing this kind of fraud.) And that employee who made the decision, shouldn't be working in a bank.

This branch is the best one I have been to and the only one I use. Every time I walk in everyone always greets me and the staff is amazing with management that’s even better. Not to mention the branch is always refreshing and decorative unlike any other I have seen.

Fantastic Branch with Fantastic Service that is well above expectations. Kristina at this branch went above and beyond. This was my first time going to the branch in person. Everyone was very nice and welcomed me. Kristina assisted me with my initial wire transfer and because I live about an hour away, she had suggested I reach out her for any other future wire transactions to save me time from having to drive in. Ever since that day, I did several wire transfers and Kristina picked up the phone every time and executed the transfer. She also replied quickly to my emails. She was always polite and pleasant to speak with. Kristina looks out for her customers. AFCU you definitely have a winner and a leader on your team!!! Kristina exemplifies leadership and excellent customer service. I would want her on my management team.

My visit at this branch was smooth sailing, i was running late to drop off my rent there was a decent line but associates were available to see if they could help us with a transaction to help the tellers to decrease the wait time. I was attended by Kristina who was super friendly and knowledgeable when asked about a cashiers check because it was my first time getting one. I was able to get my cashier check no less than 10 minutes along within a withdraw sealed in a envelope. It was my first time visiting this branch since i relocated and it was great highly recommend.

What an outstanding branch! Every time I need a service at this bank, I get an above and beyond service and care, I cant be more grateful for their professionalism, they always make time to see me even when its a short notice.
