I called this office in a panic about insurance on a car I bought last month (long story), and I can’t say enough good things about the ladies who assisted me. Tyra, who first took my call, was extremely kind, reassuring, and helpful. She listened patiently and with compassion while I explained the situation, and then she transferred me to Tiffany, the account manager who will handle my account.
Tiffany was equally kind and helpful, and made useful suggestions about products that would enable me to claim a multi-policy discount without coming across like a ‘pushy salesperson.’
This was my first time interacting with this particular office and they both made a wonderful first impression. I was considering looking at other companies, but because of these ladies, I may continue my decades-long relationship with State Farm.

Brandon Robinson was absolutely SO kind and SO helpful and literally helped me cut my month payments IN HALF from switching to progressive to State Farm AND he included life and renters insurance in addition to the car insurance! I have working with Angie and her amazing team for over 5 years now and I will not be going anywhere as long as I live in Georgia.
