I've been a patient of Dr. Barlow's for many years. I even moved farther away and I drive to come see her. Thorough attentive care always. Called me back about an emergency when she was in vacation and probably saved my daughter's life from an infection etc.

I was a new patient who just found the location to be far more convenient that my previous dentist.

Dr. Barlow is incredibly thorough and really takes the time to explain everything to you in detail. She's also the most personable dentist I've ever had! Quite the talker! : )

I especially her appreciated her assistant Summer. I'm a guy with tattoos so my pain threshold is relatively high to begin with but I just thought she was phenomenally gentle during my cleaning. Probably one of the most precise and gentle cleanings I've ever had. She did a great job!

I've been going to Apple Family Dentristy for almost 5 years and in recent years the rest of my family has moved to Dr. Barlow as well. She is very personable and honest. I don't feel like it's an office full of upselling. It feels like a practice full of dental professionals who simply care about the health of your teeth. I truly look forward to my visits and the staff were SOOO patient with my young children. Now they look forward to their dental visits as well.

I'm very picky when it comes to dentists, and have tried many over the past several years. I immediately felt at ease with Dr. Barlow from the first visit. The biggest turn off for me is when I feel like the dentist is pressuring me to make elective procedures. It's so hard to know if they are making you do something you don't really need to. Dr. Barlow has a great bedside manner, is honest, and knows what she's doing. I'm happy that we found her! Her staff is great and the new office is also very accessible.

Dr. Barlow is excellent! She doesn't overbook, is generally on time and takes the time to explain issues and options. Her staff are always professional and friendly, especially her admin assistant. My teenage kids like her too. The new facility looks great Dr. Barlow! I'm sad to leave her and have to search for a Virginia Beach dentist.
