Please go somewhere else if you're looking for personal loan!!! I took out a loan with them to help move some finances around. The lady I spoke with talked me into getting a higher amount than what I needed even though she was aware I didn't need that much. 6 months into the loan I paid over $2,500 on it but less than a $1000 went toward the principal balance. Thankfully I was able to pay the loan off completely within 6 months otherwise I would have paid over $7,000 in interest to them. I would use the term predatory describe how I feel about this company. I also have a car loan with them that I'm going to refinance or trade completely just to be done with them.

this place is so all over the place. i've gone here about 3 other times to cash a check (i don't have an account here) and each time has been different. each teller says they need something different from me for them to cash the check and honestly from someone who is new to the area and was hoping to open an account with them.... i'll just stick with navy federal.they're inconsistent and hella inconsiderate.

They said i had an approval. I put $1,000 down and then they decline my application. Better off going to Pen Fed or ANYWHERE else because Apple FCU has not ONCE ever been helpful or beneficial. They only want your money if you put $0 down to make sure they maximize Interest. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT APPLE FCU!!

Save yourself the headache and find another credit union. My membership was denied based on consistent data BUT the letter they sent me had all the data that’s consistent. Obviously since the letter reached me.

Apple then wants you to write a letter, to a P.O. Box. I am not writing a letter when my info is consistent with my credit report and I will take my business elsewhere.

I have been coming to this bank for years. I really love the customer service they have and how the employees are always very helpful and welcoming. This is one of the most busiest branches but they truly do an amazing job. Daniel and Jason always make my experience quick and easy! I sometimes come here for myself or for my job and they are always very attentive. Sara also always gets the job done. I really enjoy this bank and recommend it to all my family and friends!

I think I agree with different customers in several aspects. I feel very disappointed for they haven't shown any efforts in making happy after one year with them.

I brought my wife to open her own account. The assistant was so unkind that she didn't care waiting in line for more than 45 minutes to make us wait in her office (just in front of her) just to keep us waiting for 10 more minutes with no words! Then, when she decided to talk to us, and wishing that opening the account was a fact, she said that it was not possible because my wife didn't have a proof of residence with her. So... let us take that our waiting in line to the trash!

It's like they don't care a bit their customers and they don't care marketing and customer service.

We went straight to open my wife's account with Bank of America, and even in BB&T and in Capital One (where we had gone before) they do know how businesses work! That's real customer service... plus... they do know how to deal with cultural diversity! That's smart! Treatment is a very sensitive issue, but AFCU doesn't have that in their priorities! Shame on them!
