Had a very bad experience with an agent Matt not customer friendly messed up my Auto insurance by reversing my payment and told me to wait for it to come out of my bank and then I recieved a cancellation notice due to what he had done and tried to cover his self by blaming me for his mistakes had to end up calling the company erie and explained my situation their were very helpful and friendly I never had any problems with them before when my agent was Trish but since I had Matt everything went wrong I wasn't able to speak to his supervisor so I called the Erie insurance company and spoke with them about the disrespectful way he spoke to me very unprofessional
