These folks have been the best. We had our first car incident in years and years and they were so helpful and quick to respond. I worked with Betsy Kimball most of all and she was super helpful and patient with me as I learned what was needed to go through the insurance process. Highly recommended.

John Archer is so disrespectful, stay away from this place. They are so unprofessional and unorganized. They never can’t help with your policy and always say they have someone to call you back. They never call back. When I finally did got speak with somebody, it ended up being John Archer and he was extremely rude, unhelpful and aggressive. I switched to a different agency and I currently don’t have these type of problems with them. My insurance went down $200 more when I switched agents to another company. I still stood with Mapfre and still got a good deal leaving John Archer. These people are money hungry. Goodluck with them.

The biggest reason I selected Archer Insurance was their ability to quote multiple carriers to work with and shop multiple policy's around for bottom line savings. Archers great (5 star) customer service when needed was an added bonus, helped my wife and I to understand the different policy’s and quotes.
