Absolutely horrible! they provided my mom with the rental car after a collusion and then essentially changed the date when the car was no longer under the coverage AFTER it had passed all the while giving my mom another date! making her pay extra for THEIR mistake. I even had proof from the rental company showing it was their mistake, these people (particularly Taylor and Greg) conveniently stopped responding to me when I send them the proof. Horrible customer service and essentially just want to get your money and is absolutely no help!

This place is so horrible. The guy is super mean to talk to. First he took money out of my dad s credit card for no reason and then when we confronted him he accepted that he did that and he will return it but it been six months, we haven’t receive anything. Then we sold our car and canceled the insurance and he never returned the refund. He never answers his call and if go to his office he doesn’t want to answer. Please beware of these kinds of people.

This is by far the worst insurance company my family has dealt with. No communication whatsoever. Craig is a waste of time. Has not done anything he said he would do. I’m being hung up on and they are not professional at all. Has a complete lack of interest in your belongings or helping at all. He didn’t communicate with my mortgage company at all and my insurance was cancelled! People stay clear of this place. Lots of companies out here that do way better than this.

This place a shady please check your statements! The quote we got over the phone was completely different after he charged our card. We also asked for $500 Ded after we get our declarations page it says $2000 Ded! Our original quote was $2,679 and he charged my dads credit card $3,279. My father is a senior and a veteran , you took advantage of a Veteran! After he tried calling you multiple times you continued to hang up on him, the last phone call you put him on hold and never came back. I will be reporting you!!
