I was told a quote and come in and the quote had increased in price, plus I was not told about hidden fees until I had cash in my hand. They also told me I'd receive a discount after downloading and using the driving app and then when I asked for the discount I was told they didn't do that. They do good for you for about a year and then everything goes up and they take advantage of your business. Would recommend for a start insurance service but not long term.

Every detail don does for you has a CASH fee with no reciept $10 for every change ie, add or remove a car $50 for every policy wrote. Very unprofessional, policies are not drawn up in intirety missing information and customer service is horrible

Horrible customer service. Donald is very disrespectful and he robbed my money. His employees are incompetent. They are a third party insurance company that lack any knowledge about what they do and they policies that they offer to their customers. I don’t recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY from this scammer.
