I ended up not going with Armour because their estimate came in slightly higher than what I was getting from insurance for Helene damage. However, I felt the need to give them this rating because of their customer service in getting an estimate in a timely manner and following up after they provided the estimate. Drayton personally came back out to my house.

Our house had severe damage from wind. I called several roofing companies to get estimates. Scott Gunter with Armour roofing came out next day and went above and beyond to ensure process with insurance company went smoothly. Very satisfied. He worked with our schedule and had the new roof in less than a week. His work crew was very efficient and cleaned up all debris from old roof, neat and tidy!

Can we please get this job done correctly. Company has been out three times for repair. Two repairs to roof for leaks. Ceiling is sagging around light fixture and discoloration from where water was coming through fixture. Worker came out today and only put putty in a small hole in ceiling and said was told to do only that by Tony. Can we get some of that excellent customer service we see from your reviews.

Armour roofing did a great job on my home! The process went smoothly and exactly how they explained it would be. I worked with Weston and Tony and they were both extremely helpful as far as any questions or concerns I had. It was a little pricey, but definitely worth it. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job on my home and were upfront and honest. I thought for certain they would tell me my whole roof was needing to be replaced but they didn't. I like the professionalism of the entire crew, they explained everything to me and kept in contact with me and worked around my schedule. I also like that they did the job first before asking to collect money upfront. Which made me feel confident i wasnt going to get scammed out of any money. I recommend them and will use them again for any roof concerns or needs.

Great experience for getting a roof at a fair price. We had a leak and Scott did a thorough exam of our exiting roof and provided good option. The roofing crew were great and took care of our home.
