A good friend referred me to Kyle about 8 years ago and have been with them since. I am writing this today because I work with Michael mostly nowadays and he continues to impress me. He is still hustling and shopping for the best insurance like every year. I imagine a lot of companies focus thier service on getting new clients. Michael shows that he does not forget about his old clients. By the way, price is not everything but at one point I did quite a bit of research and insurance shopping myself and no one was less expensive.

Arrowhead has been the BEST insurance company I have ever dealt with. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fast!! We have been using them for over 5 years now. They have insured the 5 cars we have had over the years, 2 boats, two flat bed trailers, 3 houses, 1 toy hauler, 4 quads and a ranger!! When you find a company that is run how a company should be with high morals and ethics, goes over and beyond for their clients, always puts their clients first, is there at all hours of the day and night and has so much knowledge regarding insurance you would literally call them a genius, you make sure to NEVER let them go!! Dealing with insurance companies has always sucked. Typically I associate insurance agents with politicians and car salesmen. They tell you what you want to hear to make a deal but ultimately don’t care about you. All my prior thoughts changed when I dealt with Kyle! He answered more questions for me about my coverage options than I could have ever hoped for. Made me feel comfortable with my choices and even walked me through all the steps in changing/cancelling coverage with my other provider. It refreshed to deal with someone who takes pride in their job and wants their customers to get what’s best. I don’t ever leave reviews but felt inclined to do so after my experience.
