Check out their Yelp reviews. That says it all. As a renter you may be on the fence about renting from them - definitely do not do it.

My first bad review on Google. I would highly recommend against getting involved with Asset Management.

We had to sue to get a fair share of our deposit back. They made it difficult every chance they could - they even attempted to counter-sue us!

In terms of what is right/wrong, they seem to live in a different world. Sad rationalizing of all of their actions. I assume they will write a response to this review to explain the justification for their actions...
