I had Virginia review my coverage and even reduced coverage on one of my vehicles to try to lower my rate. I was dissatisfied with the quote and told her to re-run the numbers which she did a couple of times and came up with different numbers each quote. Once arriving on a number that was agreeable she told me I needed to be there in person on x date in order to ensure I got that price when renewing my policy. Upon arriving on that day I was given a completely different premium price that was over $500 more. She had no recollection of our numerous phone conversations, emails and no record of the multiple quotes she'd supplied me just 2 weeks prior. I said fine I will just remove my other driver that will make the price go down right? Wrong!
I had been a platinum customer of progressive insurance for over 5 years and my insurance went up every 6mo even though I have extra driving training (CDLA) and a squeaky clean driving record.
The ladies at this location are friendly and somewhat helpful.

Need insurance? Auto, home, renters? See Mrs Virginia at Aveco in Pooler.
She’s pleasant to work with and a straight shooter, as my daddy would say. I have homeowners thru her. I decided to let her look at my auto to see if I could do better. She told me to stay with the company I’m with as I was getting a good deal. She could have taken my business, and sold me something else. That’s integrity. Thanks Mrs. Virginia!
