We were here for propane refills. Guy got us taken care of within minutes accompanied by pleasant conversation and a smile. The price was far better than tank exchange. We got 1 full and 1 half refill for the price of a single exchange at the box store 1 mile away. Michelle was quite friendly and got us settled up very quickly also with a smile and really fun and entertaining hair. It appears they sell a few tires, batteries and do tire repair. We will definitely be return customers!

On 4/7/22, my windshield had a crack. I asked Mischel if someone could access the damage. I had a three hour drive home and wanted to make sure my windshield was safe. Within minutes, Michele was ready to help me. Not only did she have fantastic customer service skills, her knowledge about windshield damage was professional and trustworthy. I was a stranger passing through Congress and she made me feel like one of her regular customers. Thank you, Michelle and B & B Automotive! ?

Simply put, these folks are price gougers. I inquired about having the wheel bearings on my dual-axle travel trailer inspected and greased and was told that it would cost anywhere from $200 and up depending on time and materials needed. Since it wasn't my first time having this work done, I foolishly assumed that it wouldn't be much more than $200, and I let them do the work. I was charged over $380 for a simple grease job - no replacement bearings or seals. That is more than double what I ever paid before or since, and I have this work done yearly. Live and learn. Unless you are stuck, take your business elsewhere, for sure.

I unfortunately can't remember the gentleman name, but I can tell you he is indeed a life saver!! Tuesday afternoon moving my son and his family from Arizona to Nevada caught a flat in my son's Mercedes Benz and had not tools to change the tire, we had a spare but for some reason it wouldn't hold air. We took the spare the B and B and he was able to fix the spare and was nice enough to go a few miles down the road after hours to help us with changing the tire and getting us back on the road. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, we wanted to pay him but he refused so I am writing this review to say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH !!!! No body stopped to help but you went out of your way to make sure we were good, your kindness was so very needed and appreciated. May your business prosper and flourish because of the kind caring person you are. My entire family thanks you for helping us get to Las Vegas safely, took us while, but we made it !!!!! LOL

Had a blown tire on my tow vehicle with lots of damage and broken brake line on my Jeep while traveling. Had my Jeep towed and it was repaired the next morning. They even loaned me a spare tire and said to return it next time I pass through Congress, Without a fee or deposit. The compact spare I had wouldn't work since it was 10 inches shorter than the tires I had on the Jeep. These folks are helpful and honest. I highly recommend this shop.

HEROES!! Not only are they the only local auto/car shop, they are incredibly kind and I felt right at home with them. I had spent the night at the gas station with a shredded tire, and in the morning they came TO ME, removed the tire, took it to the shop, put my spare tire on the rim, brought back the tire, and put it on. They are just nice and deserve all the customers in the world.

Our SUV started leaking oil and splattered all over the back windshield. Thankfully, we were just passing Corey and Cheri's shop on our way to Prescott from California. Corey went the extra mile to get us back on the road on a Friday afternoon that very same day. So grateful! Highly recommend this shop! ?
