If you are thinking of hiring a bookkeeper, LOOK NO FURTHER - Beckie is the best. Calling Beckie a bookkeeper actually is quite false as she is so much more than that, she is your financial best friend. Hello Googlers, I started a new business last year & although I am fairly computer literate, I was having some issues with Quickbooks. I searched online for a bookkeeper & I found Beckie at Balanced Office Solutions. Ok so here is the real deal. She ROCKS!! Always returns calls/emails. She cleaned up my books very quickly & made some adjustments that truly helped me get a choke hold on accurate reporting within my accounting software. She is so knowledgeable-probably why she is the Queen of Quickbooks! She is punctual, professional & has a very savvy business mind. What I truly loved about her is that she does not try to sell services you do not need. This portrays a level of honesty that I want in my bookkeeper. I cannot recommend her & her team enough. Stop searching-go straight for the best!

I started a small online business a little over a year ago and was doing my bookkeeping in a spreadsheet. When I started researching companies to help set up QuickBooks, all I found was full service bookkeeping services (which is not what I needed.) Balanced Office Solutions came as a referral from a business owner friend of mine with raving reviews. After our first conversation, I felt so relieved that I was finally going to be able to tackle my bookkeeping problems.

Beckie initially cleaned up the mess I made in QuickBooks, and then trained me on how to actually use it for my business -- this was EXACTLY what I needed. She really took the time to understand my business so she could teach me QuickBooks in a way that would make sense for how I collect payments and organize expenses.

If I found Beckie sooner, I could have saved myself hours of trying to self-learn QuickBooks on YouTube. Now, I am going to save thousands of dollars that I would have spent on bookkeeping, because I actually know how to do it myself.
