Best personal service banking I have ever experienced. Rekesh and team are experts. In these times of potential scam, they scrutinize every account and activity communicating with you to ensure nothing is amiss. Certain transactions requiring paperwork are completed by staff, once information is obtained from you, so you need only go in to sign. I rely on their advice and impeccable service.

By far one of the best banking experiences I have had. The Branch Manager, Rakesh Prajapati is knowledgeable, helpful and generous with his time. His friendly and helpful attitude is echoed by the tellers and other employees.

Quite f’ing amazing! My friend (in a wheelchair) was asked by manager Rakesh to get 3 months of bank statements from another bank in order to put a lousy $50 in a new checking account. I called him and he gave me no good explanation for this. This is not only ridiculous but probably goes against the Americans with Disability act. With all the bank fails lately, Do not go here and take your money out if you are a customer!

I like Pacific Western Bank. The service is error-free, super personal, the bank representatives - even the executive level people - really take time to get to know you and truly care about what is going on with you, and it's not all about money but they care also about your big picture, whatever you feel free to share. My family has done business and maintained accounts at PWB for many years and we have never been disappointed. We will continue to do business with them as PWB is a reliable and trustworthy partner.
