I have quite literally NEVER dealt with anyone as helpful as Daniel Guy! I am blind and was having a very hard time filling out a form to link my Shopify acct. When I couldn’t figure out what piece of the puzzle I wasn’t seeing I reached out for help. Daniel called me and took over and fixed all the issues I was facing and went above and beyond to make this transfer EASY! Most of my life with technology is anything but easy! the company has poor response times, communication and integration capabilities. It's been two weeks and no one has contacted me to get a support ticket i submitted three times two weeks ago. No payments are going through on my site. It took a month just to open the account. I would recommend using square or clover instead.

Sorry - mistake with the 5 stars - if I could give Daniel Guy at Bankful 10+ stars, I would! I called Bankful, literally desperate, as I could not connect my current payment provider to my new Wix site (wasn't one of their partners) and was unable to accept payments. Daniel was incredible...not only did have great solutions to offer me but he was very sensitive to my concern about the entire situation, as well as enthusiastic when everything resolved! He had my e-commerce site working successfully in minutes. I really want to thank Daniel, and Bankful, for the incredible customer care and for saving my day!

I really appreciate the constant communication between me and Daniel Guy. Daniel often initiated the Communications asking for update statuses on the things I needed to provide along with providing me updates on his end, for example possibly resigning contracts because of expiration dates.
