No communication whatsoever. I contacted them in February and they said they could do my taxes. After following up multiple times I barely got their packet in time to gather all the needed info and return it before the deadline. The "organizer" they sent was basically a 1040 form and not any easier than doing my own taxes. I returned everything and called to confirm that they had received it. Now, a week late, after bugging them again for confirmation, I find out that my taxes were never filed.
