The worst thing I've ever done was work with the barret financial group. Working with them was an unpleasant experience. Every time I inquired about updates after they held my loan application for more than three months, they refused to give me any. Joe Spears CEO of Barret Financial Group offered no assistance with the application. All of them had the required paperwork, but they kept requesting me to resubmit it.Each time they switched between three separate processors, they requested different documents that i had already been provided. I don't suggest them to anyone because it was the worst work experience I've ever had.

Working with Cristian on a VA loan for a condo was fantastic! I had another lender that turned my clients down for the condo. Cristian did such a wonderful job. I seriously could not have asked for a better experience. The BARRAZA Brothers closed my refinance in 3 weeks to the day! Including a holiday and weekends! That’s incredible!!!! I work for a large bank doing mortgage and they could not come close to close date or even closing costs!!! I shopped (like any budget person does) and no one could compare to the BARRAZA Brothers!!! Even if they had came in slightly higher I would have still gone with B Bros because the close time is insane!!! All other lenders offered was 75 day close! That would be 75 days I couldn’t use credit or move funds which is inconvenient and almost impossible! I really appreciate their time and the fact they respected my time. I will be looking to purchase within the next few years and will absolutely go to them FIRST! It was one of those experiences that changes your opinion on mortgage companies! It’s a plus they are handsome veterans! ?thank you BARRAZA BROTHERS!!!
