Got a very nasty voicemail from Laura, I helped a tenant at one of her buildings secure their office space. I cloverleafed the surrounding offices and left my business card on empty offices for when the new tenant moves in. She calls me accusing me of tagging her buildings, how ANNOYING it is to take off a sticker off the windows and threatening to call a lawyer over my business card. I told her I would not sticker her buildings as requested, but it still left a negative impression on me. I would never recommend these properties to my clients who may be looking for new office space. Not only is window stickers on empty offices common practice by ADT, Bay Alarm, Comcast, and Sonic, it is not illegal. As a local company we provide a service to their tenants, I am very unhappy about her overreaction.
