I would highly suggest doing your homework before allowing this company to have your Personal information. Patrick is not a trustworthy business owner. Which I have documentation to confirm. He and his agent dose not follow the federal fair credit act and will even break confidentiality laws without any consideration of the consequences for his company. When I called to confront him about a serious situation that he personally did, he kept putting it off that he was aware but it was his boss , then later in the conversation he blamed an affiliate car lot acting as his agent. Well after investigating Patrick is the boss and rather then admitting to his wrong doing he attempts to blame others. But when this case is complete then Patrick will see his lying don’t work. Shame on you Patrick with Bayshore finance. Mr. Patrick also runs criminal background checks on applications without consent. Which a suit is be processed against Bay Shore , Patrick and his agents

This company has been doing hard inquiries on my credit. I have not shopped for a loan in over 5 years. This has happened 3 times in 2023 and it shows this company. I will be contacting the consumer financial protection bureau in order to start an investigation. This appears to be fraud.
