My wife and I have had only positive experiences with Bay Sierra and would suggest you consider them if you are looking to invest in private real estate trust deeds. Bobby and Stacey will answer all your questions and they believe there are no silly questions. We particularly appreciate their integrity and professionalism. We have not participated in their fund but rather individual trust deeds such as single family residential, warehouse, commercial, vacant commercial lots and medical buildings.
