We switched over to this company after being with a national chain for about 10 years. The rates here have been unbeatable! The customer service for us has been excellent! One thing I was concerned about with switching over from a national brand was not being able to reach people on the weekends, but the BBH team has been available for me when I need them. Even on the weekends. I have never had a problem with them getting back to me.

Yelena was awesome in helping us with our homeowners and auto insurance. The prices are so much better than what we had plus she explained a lot of things to us that had changed over the years!!! She was very helpful and very prompt! She was even available on nights and weekends to answer questions. We have never received such amazing customer service in the past. In the past we would have to wait days for a response from our agent and Yelena was very responsive. She gave a personal touch to a normally very impersonal service.

Has been almost two week since their insured caused significant damages to my car… crickets! I have reached out on two occasions, finally spoke with a person who said they need to have a supervisor call me back, crickets. I would look elsewhere if you need service…

After being with a well known insurance company for 20 years and watching my rates keep climbing instead of decreasing for being a long time customer, I called to see what this company could do for me. BBH got me better insurance coverage for a year for what I was paying for every six months with the other company with less coverage. I have no problem getting in contact with someone when I need to.
