Pro: friendly welcome, large and clean room, requests were fulfilled (top floor and away from the road). Breakfast was better than we thought, good coffee with pods. Price-quality is excellent.||Con: Arrangements at breakfast (you have to pay for some cookies) and a bit too far away from Sedona.

We rarely leave online reviews, but in this case, it is necessary.
Room was 'Fair'.
Service was 'Terrible'.
Location was 'Acceptable'.

If you are looking for that "Home Away From Home" environment and treatment, this is definitely not the place.
Exceptionally rude, incompassionate, self centered and uncompromising, owner.
We have never been treated so poorly by a public accommodation, (not even abroad), in our entire lives.
We will definitely not be patronizing this establishment in the future, and cannot in good conscience, recommend it to others.
If you are expecting to be treated with the respect and appreciation you know you deserve as a guest, by the owner, steer clear of this place.
Bad business makes for no business.

This is a very nice and very reasonably priced hotel not far from Sedona and a few minutes off I-17. It's a perfect base for exploring Sedona, Flag, and doing hikes to Wet Beaver Creek. The room was moderately sized, and we had a little patio outisde with a couple of chairs. Beds were comfortable, the furniture rustic chic. Rooms included a refrigerator and microwave. The hostess was very welcoming, even accommodating our early arrival to leave our bags. A common room has a comlimentary breakfast--muffins, juices and such. Nothing fancy, but a nice touch at 1/2 the price of Sedona! It is a bit tricky to find on the twists and turns of the local roads in Rimrock, but well worth searching out.

Decent budget option to visit the Verde valley area and Sedona but be careful when driving at dark, also staff were a little unfriendly at times. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. Breakfast is advertised as complimentary but it's only certain items - works ok in a pinch but you're probably better off doing some grocery shopping. For the most part hotel staff was pleasant but I can think of a couple of terse encounters. One time I did feel like I was being chased out of the breakfast area when my water pack was leaking. To me it was obvious that it was just a water leak but the hotel staff commented that they weren't sure what I had in my bag? Then I also tried to change my credit card for payment but they were completely inflexible at best and even slightly patronizing when I asked about it. Other merchants have been able to work with me for this kind of thing but who knows maybe there is some administrative mechanism in place that I don't know about. Either way it was not ideal. Next time I would probably just pay more to stay in Sedona.

Loved this place! Clean rooms, kind staff, and nice breakfast/snack options. The place is off the beaten path and wonderful for stargazing. We particularly loved the movie selection and had a blast picking out a film to watch 🙂

I stayed at Beaver Creek Inn for several weeks while my Sedona home was remodeled. It was a truly magical experience! Beaver Creek is an "old school" BnB, with an extraordinary level of service, and a wonderful staff who treats you like family. If you want to enjoy Sedona and Northern Arizona, there is no place better to stay than Beaver Creek Inn!|Bob Porter|Sedona, AZ

I stayed September 3-4, 2024 and loved my time here. It is off the beaten path with limited restaurants but plenty of scenic views here. Frank was very friendly showed me around and suggested places to eat. He even called me when I was later than my expected time. That was very appreciated since I was a solo traveler!

The rooms are well-stocked with plenty of towels and paper products. They have everything needed, microwave, mini-fridge, large TV and private patios of the scenery. Beds were comfy and A/C worked well.

They offer a free continental breakfast. The breakfast room also offers snacks, microwavable meals and beverages at a nominal cost.

They do require a 2-night stay, but there is so much to see here I'm glad. Otherwise, I would have only stayed a single night and missed a lot of unique views of the area.

It was about a 15-minute drive to the Sedona Wolf Sanctuary where I had a scheduled visit. It was about a 20 to 30 minute drive to Red Rock State Park and Sedona. I also just explored the small town, and the views and sunsets were beautiful! It's also by the Coconino National Forest. I highly suggest visiting all these areas!

I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!
