For the tax year 2022, I would provide all information and I would be ignored for about two months while my taxes would go unfiled. I would attempt to contact Duberly via phone, voicemail, and her encrypted service, but all of which would go ignored. I would eventually get a response two months later aside from response saying she is out of office. Despite my taxes being late, I assumed this was just a fluke.
For tax year 2023, I have learned that this is not a fluke. I would run into the same issues leaving my taxes to still be unfiled 4 MONTHS after submitting all documentation needed and corresponding with her. My last interaction with her, she was blaming her encrypted service. I have yet to get a response from her.
For this season I have be left with extreme anxiety over the situation as I am accruing penalties each month and I have already done all the hard work of compiling needed documents and information. I don't want to be impolite or even post my experience as I fear she will never respond to me. At this point, I have made peace with the fact that I will need to file my taxes with someone else, so now I need to find another tax service and format all my information for their system.
Note, I have sent her all necessary information and documents 4/10/24. This was written on 8/7/24 and there has been no resolution.

Duberly is by far one of the best tax services you can ask for. I have been going to Duberly @ Becks Tax Services for the last 6 years. Before coming to Beck's I would drive to Montrose,CA, pay a crazy amount and OWE TAXES! I came to Beck's after the IRS told me I owed $10k. Duberly (@Beck's) re- did my 2020 taxes showed me what the previous tax accountant did incorrectly. I still had to pay but I never went back to Montrose. This is year 2 at Beck's and the second year I have received a refund! Duberly told me what adjustments I need to make with my deductions and I will receive a larger refund this year. Amazing!
