They didn’t let my mom know that they reduced her credit card from 11k to $500. She barely had a balance. So Instead of informing your customer and giving them a heads up you let them find out while they are in line shopping and their card declines. I would NOT recommend BECU to any family or friends. I’m disgusted by the actions of this bank.

Honestly the only good thing about them is their Mobile Deposits. I've been a loyal customer been paying my overdrafts too. I have been with them 2 years before covid, during covid and after covid. Even after 8 years of good relationship with them, they never approved me any type of loan not even $1,000. It's sad I had to reach out to loan company in NY and the BECU 3mins away keeps turning me down every year.

The customer service is the best. They have the highest patience/ tolerance that I have ever seen. I just signed up with them. I do believe that I will have a beautiful experience when I go into the branch. I'm loving it at the moment. 10/10 💕

I misplaced my card and came to this location which is my closest location. Let me start off by saying that Teresa who is at the front desk, was very welcoming and friendly. Not only that but she was very helpful, and super efficient! She made my day with how amazing she was. Very professional as well. Thank you!

worst. worst experience with the bank was disastrous. Despite opening a company account with all shareholders present and completing a lengthy two-hour process, we later discovered the account was never actually opened. Instead, funds were mistakenly transferred to a shareholder's personal account. The bank staff claimed ignorance, having no record or understanding of the error. Our transactions, including checks and wires, were overlooked by their system. Forced to open a new account, we faced further frustration when our request for multiple signatories for withdrawals was flatly denied by BECU, showcasing their lack of security and accountability.

Becu has been nothing but a headache. My money stolen numerous times, and they haven't fully refunded me. Not to mention the headache with there website. At this point my money is just gone. Like literally. This is the worst bank. There's scams going on and they are turning a blind eye.

BECU is the best credit union ever! I have never been helped nor had questions answered with such knowledge and confidence before. They treat their customers with excellent care a will go over and above the requirements to help them with all issues.

Aside from the ATM lobby always being clean and well-maintained, the people beyond the glass doors are outstanding!
I have never had a bad appointment experience over the years, or ever been made to feel inferior or rejected about any inquiries for loans/account adjustments. Cam is awesome and worked with me for over an hour to make sure my loan was approved and kept me informed during the entire process, apologizing for the hiccups and longer than expected wait time. The overall demeanor of workers is always kind and amicable. My favorite BECU branch by far, keep it up!
