I was helped by an agent named Alexa. She was very personable and patient. Remember it does take time to gather all the information so expect the process to take at least an hour. She was able to save me about $1000 on my home owners insurance and also provided me with better coverage. As long as their premiums don’t increase too much next year, I hope to stay with them long term.
