Bernstein Financial is the absolute best. Three generations of my family get our taxes done here and they have always taken excellent care of us. They ensure we get the best return and help maintain files for us. Furthermore they're available year round for questions and help regarding adjusting withholdings and what we needed to do when starting our own business. Anna in particular has been a delight to work with these part few years, and has taken the very best care of us, again, even outside of tax season, year round, she's available for questions and guidance.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Bernstein Financial's accounting services. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Nancy, my recommended contact, I received no response or assistance. Initially, Lupe, a co-worker, informed me that Nancy was unavailable but would get back to me. Unfortunately, that never happened.

Over the course of several weeks, I sent numerous emails seeking help, but each one went unanswered. While it's understandable for professionals to be busy, the complete lack of response and disregard for my inquiries is inexcusable and reflects a lack of professionalism.

When it comes to tax matters, timeliness and responsiveness are crucial. The fact that Bernstein Financial left me hanging in a desperate tax moment raises serious concerns about their commitment to their clients.
