So I find these 5 star reviews funny, because I first hand recognize several of these names to be employees currently working there now - So I'm not entirely sure that I would trust any of these reviews to be accurate. Since the beginning it's been trouble with this company that was recommended by my mortgage company. At first, they did not have an agent that spoke English that can help me, then they provided me with someone named Cristian who spoke English, but was the most ill-informed person to be dealing with my policy. I was consistently asking what my policy entailed, informing him that changes needed to be made to my policy because my HOA has commercial insurance on my property - He refused to make changes saying that he was unfamiliar with my policy that all he knew was that he needed me to pay him immediately. I refused to pay for an ill-fitted policy that does not fit my needs. And when I asked questions as to what it entailed, I was told that he didn't know about my policy but to pay immediately. To this day, me and my family have been nothing but bullied into paying too much for a policy that covers more than what we need in a home policy. It's gotten to the point where I've had to involve the direct insurance company and currently have lawyers looking into the matter because I want to cancel and they're still making me pay more than half of my policy for less than a month of coverage.

I do not care for a response as I've tried to resolve this matter several times and was told specifically by Cristian "Don't cry over spilled milk". STAY AWAY!

Update: finally 2 months after my first cancellation request, I received my refund check, and it wasn't until I went directly through the insurance company themselves that I received my full refund MINUS what i'm sure was the agency's cut. I also saw to it that the mortgage company that recommended this company never does it again. Glad I was able to get my money back, but ultimately the agents did no work and did not deserve whatever they ended up keeping from my money.
