We've had homeowners insurance through Bidwell for over 15 years. Once they have your business they make no effort, ZERO effort in fact to touch bases with clients and make sure their insurance needs are meeting their needs. Calls were not returned, and finally, after going to another agent, what I feared was confirmed, the policy had received no attention from Bidwell and my home was drastically uninsured. I would not recommend this company to insure your child's big wheel let alone your home, especially in these years following the Paradise Fire when so much has changed.

Krista, Courtney, and Andrea are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are covered and that you are getting the best price. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my insurance needs. If you need flood insurance, don't buy it from FEMA! You will pay up to twice as much. Let Bidwell get you private flood insurance for pennies on the dollar.
